Registration for the 2026-2027 School Year is Now Open

Please complete registration and residency verification through the Parent Portal no later than 5 p.m. on August 7. By verifying your residency in the Blue Springs School District and completing the necessary online forms, you ensure your child will be placed in a class on the first day of school.

Residency verification instructions and a video tutorial are available on our website. If you have more than one student in the district, you can apply the contact information to all your students with a single click, saving you time.

Please use the recovery link if you have forgotten your username or password to access the Parent Portal/Mobile App. If you still need assistance, please email bssdpschoolparents@bssd.net. If you do not have online access, you may complete all necessary documents by appointment at your child’s school. School staff members return on July 27.

 

To verify residency, you will need to upload one of the following:

·        Gas Bill (within the last 30 days)

·        Electric Bill (within the last 30 days)

·        Water Bill (within the last 30 days)

·        Current Lease Agreement or Mortgage Statement

·        Signed and Dated Sales/Construction Contract Showing Possession/Closing Date

 

If you have a kindergarten student who participated in kindergarten enrollment/screening, residency verification (uploading documents listed above) is not required. However, please log in to the Parent Portal/Mobile App and ensure all forms are accurate and complete.

If your student is new to BSSD this year, please log in to the Parent Portal/Mobile App to complete all Forms.

If you moved over the summer and need to change schools, please contact the school office on or after July 27.
