If you are new to the district, please contact our Department of Public Safety at 816-874-3330 to begin the enrollment process.  Below are the items that DPS will need to enroll your child.  Only 2 of * items are required.

A. Gas Bill (within the last 30 days) *
B. Water Bill (within the last 30 days) *
C. Electric Bill (within the last 30 days) *
D. Lease Agreement or Mortgage Statement (within the last 30 days) *
E. Signed and dated sales/construction contract showing possession/closing dates (if applicable)
F. Guardian's Photo ID
G. Student's Birth Certificate
H. Divorce Decree, Adoption Papers, or Foster Paperwork (if applicable)
